About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly production with vendors, tailors, printers, and embroiders

• Manage order dispatch, inventory tracking, and delivery through Delhivery

• Coordinate size verification and quality checks before packaging

• Maintain Google Sheets/Notion dashboards for production tracking

• Liaise with customer care for post-order issues and manual escalations

Criteria	Must-Have
Background	Experience in fashion/D2C ops (1–3 years)
Tools	Google Sheets, Notion, Delhivery Panel
Skills	Agility, negotiation, process building, team management
