At Preetizen, every piece is thoughtfully crafted and made in small batches, with love, care, and attention to detail. We hope you adore what you receive — but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Exchange Eligibility

We currently accept exchange in the case of:

• A defective or damaged item

• A wrong product or size delivered

• Sizing issues due to personal preference (please refer to our size guide carefully)

To be eligible:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact

• You must email us within 7 days of delivery at care@preetizen.com with your order ID and photos of the issue

We Do Not Accept Exchange For:​

• Colour variation due to screen/device differences

• Customised or made-to-order items

Our pieces are made in limited quantities and your return impacts our sustainability commitment. Kindly shop mindfully.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

• You may choose between a full refund or store credit

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the item is received and inspected

Refund Method:
We issue refunds to the original payment method. For COD orders, you will be asked to share your bank details securely for transfer.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping

Currently, we do not offer reverse pickups.
Customers must self-ship the return item to the address shared upon approval.
We will reimburse up to ₹ 50 of your shipping cost upon receiving a valid courier receipt.

To Initiate a Return or Refund:

Please email us at care@preetizen.com with:

• Your Order ID

• Product name

• Reason for return/exchange

• Photo/video proof (in case of defect/damage)

We’ll respond within 24–48 hours.

Preetizen Lifestyle reserves the right to approve or reject returns/refunds at our discretion based on product condition and return guidelines.
