At Preetizen, every piece is thoughtfully crafted and made in small batches, with love, care, and attention to detail. We hope you adore what you receive — but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Exchange Eligibility

We currently accept exchange in the case of:

• A defective or damaged item

• A wrong product or size delivered

• Sizing issues due to personal preference (please refer to our size guide carefully)

To be eligible:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging and with tags intact

• You must apply here within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and photos of the issue

• There is a one way carrier shipping charge of ₹120 for us to process exchanges.

We Do Not Accept Exchange For:​

• Colour variation due to screen/device differences

• Customised or made-to-order items

Our pieces are made in limited quantities and your return impacts our sustainability commitment. Kindly shop mindfully.

Refunds & Cancellation

We do not have a return policy for products on website. However, certain returns might be approved at the sole discretion of the Preetizen Team. For return requests, you need to email us at care@preetizen.com.

If your return is approved:

• You may choose between a full refund or store credit

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the item is received and inspected 

Cancellations are only applicable if done within 2 hours of placing an order or if Preetizen team is unable to ship your item within 30 days of you placing the order. ​

Refund Method:
We issue refunds to the original payment method or updated payment method shared by the customer while placing the order. For COD orders, you will be asked to share your bank details securely for transfer.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping

For reverse pickups, there is a carrier charge of ₹120 for exchanges/returns (if approved) processed by customers effective 2nd June 2026.

Preetizen Lifestyle reserves the right to approve or reject returns/refunds at our discretion based on product condition and return guidelines. Returns take longer for us to process.

All payments made on this website are received on behalf of the brand Preetizen by Navin Mundra, who is the authorized partner and legally entitled to receive payments for all transactions carried out on https://www.preetizen.com.
